Veera Telangana Samiti
VTS Foundation is a people‑centred non‑profit shaped by Telangana’s revolutionary legacy and dedicated to building a fair, united, and participatory society.
Rooted in the spirit of Telangana’s historic struggles - Telangana Raithanga Saayudha Poratam, the Anti‑Nizam movement, the 1969 Jai Telangana uprising, and the Telangana Mali Dasha Udhyamam - we carry forward the values of justice, dignity, and collective empowerment that led to the creation of Telangana State.
Our Mission is to nurture grassroots leadership among youth, women, farmers, workers, the poor, and the middle class — enabling communities to shape Telangana’s future with confidence, courage, and democratic participation.

- FOUNDER - V. VIKRAM REDDY (VVR)
V. Vikram Reddy (VVR) is a Social Leader shaped by the ideals of Telangana’s people’s movements and strengthened by the active participation in the Telangana Mali Dasha Udhyamam and social service for over 16 years.
Growing up with the stories of Komaram Bheem, Raavi Narayana Reddy, Chakali Ailamma, Alishetti Prabhakar, Prof. Kothapalli Jayashankar, Kaloji Narayana Rao, P.V. Narasimha Rao, K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR), and the countless unnamed fighters who shaped Telangana’s destiny, Vikram developed a deep commitment to Telangana’s self‑respect, equality, and people’s empowerment.
His Guiding Philosophy
VVR believes that Telangana’s strength lies in its people - their courage, culture, and collective will.
His life’s mission is to build a Telangana where:
- Every citizen lives with Self‑Respect
- Leadership emerges from the people
- Youth, women, farmers, the poor, and the middle class shape the future
